According to the Mallorcas newspaper "Diario de Mallorca", the traditional business Ca La Seu in Palma, which is located in the Sa Gerreria district, is said to have been rebuilt by a Swedish entrepreneur Jimmy Broddesson from Montecarlo modernized to be sold afterwards for 3.5 million euros.

Ca La Seu, which had a tapas bar next to the weave shop, was owned by the Monserrat family since 1510. The building dates from 1885 and is a listed building. The 83-year-old woman living there still has an old rental contract and is in negotiations with Broddesson to find a solution to her current situation.

The Swedish proprietor has also invested in luxury townhouses of 2.95 million euros in neighboring Carrer Socors and Porta Sant Antoni.
